This petition is filed to relax the anticipatory bail conditions imposed as the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders dated 06.06.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.10883 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the first petitioner has complied with the conditional orders passed by this Court and the second petitioner has not regularly complied with the orders passed by this Court due to his illness.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the first petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the first petitioner in toto. With regard to second petitioner he has not complied with the conditional orders passed by this Court, the second petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every saturday until further orders. Accordingly, ordered.
