PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent police to give police protection for measuring the petitioners property based on the Award passed by the Arbitrator in A.P No.23 of 2017 dated 16.03.2017, based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 22.06.2017 received by the respondent on 24.06.2017.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.
2. The petition was filed in the year 2017. By efflux of time, the cause of action that has been projected to seek for the relief of police protection, may not survive at this length of time and this Court is not inclined to grant any police protection.
