ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We note with regret that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2016 has remained unaddressed for three months, not a short period of time!
2. We thus direct the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ambattur/respondent No.2 and the Tahsildar, Maduravoyal/respondent No.6 to carry out survey of the area within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and if any, encroachment found, to take action in accordance with law and conclude the same within a maximum period of three months' thereafter.
