Seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider her representation dated 08.06.2015, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.
According to the petitioner, originally, one Mr.M.R.Abdul Wahab was allotted Plot No.L-78 in Udumalpet Scheme and by paying the entire sale consideration, she purchased the said house from the said allottee vide registered sale deed dated 11.11.1994 in Doc.No.3701/94 SRO, Udumalaipettai. Since then, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the said house.
The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, the respondents have not changed the name of the allottee from the name of M.R.Abdul Wahab to his name, despite payment of entire costs and several representations. Hence, having no other alternative, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.
Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
