ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner against respondent No.4 is of construction of bath room on the poramboke lane, which is stated to have blocked the access to the property of the petitioner.

In this behalf, the petitioner made a representation on 04.11.2016. But it is alleged that no action has been taken.

2. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2016 be decided after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, after an inspection is carried out of the site within fifteen days of the receipt of the copy of this order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
