2.In view of the fact that the very relief itself is sought for in these writ petitions in respect of the particular period which is already over by this time, I find that nothing survives in these writ petitions to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous without expressing any view on the merits of the matter. No costs.

The connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
