This petition has been filed to extend the time in complying with the order of this Court dated 16.08.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.19841 of 2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the nature of offences and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to comply with the order due to his ill health conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
