ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking police protection at Jumma Mosque, Kutchery Road, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004, for maintaining peaceful atmosphere.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition to direct the 1st respondent Police to give police protection at the Jumma Mosque at Mylapore, in the year 2017. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
