This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16600 of 2023 dated 04.08.2023 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
