2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as Mr.S.Vinothkumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the final report has already been filed and the learned Public Prosecutor has also acceded to the same.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
