Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to either enter into private negotiation or invoke and complete the acquisition of lands belong to the petitioner under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency of Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act of 2013 failing which to deliver vacant possession of the property to the petitioner herein situated in Survey No.5/4A1 bearing Old Patta no.556, 3125 and New Patta No.4186 in Valandaravi Village, Ramnathapuram District measuring about 1 acre 57 cents or 0.63.5 hectares. The petitioner has filed this petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to either enter into private negotiation or invoke and complete the acquisition of lands belong to the petitioner under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and 2/5

2. During the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner and the second and third respondents entered into an agreement and solved the issued raised in this writ petition and a copy of the agreement was produced before this Court.
