In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to depute a concerned Assistant Commissioner of Police to look into the petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
