O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the garb of enquiring the complaint given by one Venkatesan son of Chanrasekaran. 1/4

2. It appears that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the Venkatesan family. The suit in O.S.No.261 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ulundurpet, in connection with the enjoyment of the property. There is allegation of intimidation and criminal assault.

3. It is alleged from the petition that the petitioner is forced to come to the police station everyday and threatened to compromise the issue. Prima faciely, civil Suit has been instituted, regarding property dispute. Therefore, the police shall not unnecessarily disturb the petitioner, unless his presence is required. The petitioner shall be summoned in writing to attend the investigation and during the course of investigation, there shall not be any violation of Human Rights.
