This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give adequate police protection to put up fencing on the petitioner's land by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner owned the land situated at Survey No.283/9, measuring an extent of Punjai Hectare 0.12.50 Acres 0.31 cents, Bendarahalli-I Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District. The police protection cannot be granted to fence the property. It can be granted only for life and limb of the person. Therefore, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed.
