ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the original final demand notice dated nil of the fourth respondent for Assessment No.81235547 bearing Door No:30-31 & 31A, Oppanakkara Street, Coimbatore - 641 001 demanding tax of Rs.42,36,087/- to quash the same by considering petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025 to direct the respondent to issue demand in accordance with law.

Though the prayer is to quash the original final demand notice dated nil of the fourth respondent for Assessment No.81235547 bearing Door No:30-31 & 31A, Oppanakkara Street, Coimbatore - 641 001 demanding tax of Rs.42,36,087/-, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants to restrict the prayer to the extent of issuing direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 12.06.2025.

In view of the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of this case, directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
