Crl.M.P.No.16897 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16897 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23855 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners on their release from prison shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23855 of 2022 by order dated 29.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23855 of 2022 by an order dated 29.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Salem on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and in the event of Monday being the holiday, the petitioners shall appear on the next working day.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
