This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the defacto complainant as 2nd respondent in Crl.A.No.108 of 2023. In this petition, the defacto complainant mentioned about the default committed by the accused and also his subsequent conduct. Now, the Investigating Agency as well as competent authority are perusing the case with diligence. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has been located in southern part of the State.
