ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the above FIR in Crime No.66 of 2017, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has already completed the investigation, laid final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.150 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is aggrieved.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
