Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.J.JAGADEV, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.JAWAHAR, Advocate on behalf of the respondents, the court made the following order:- This civil miscellaneous petition has been listed for hearing more than fifteen occasions right from 14.09.2017. But no interim order was passed by this Court. Hence, this Court is of the view that keeping the petition pending will not serve any purpose and this civil miscellaneous petition stands closed.
