ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4687 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.300 of 2020 dated 12.08.2020 that the petitioner to report before the trial court on the first working day of every English month at 10.30 a.m. 2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 2/4
4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the trial court on the first working day of every English month at 10.30 a.m., is totally relaxed.
