Respondent in both WPs Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the respondent made in Na.Ka.Nos.2111/A4/2017 and 2110/A4/2017 respectively, dated 27.03.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner's mini bus TN-33-P-2412 and TN-30-9243 respectively to make use of the old bus stand (Bose Maidanam) for the purpose of stationing the vehicle for picking up of setting down passengers.

For Petitioner : Mr.A.Ganesan For Respondent : Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, Spl.GP COMMON ORDER When both the writ petitions are taken up together, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement. Recording the said submission, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
