Respondent in the above W.Ps PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the assessment order passed by the respondent in TIN/33960846810/2013-14, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 dated 14.10.2016 and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal. C O M M O N O R D E R

1. Issue notice. Mr.K.Venkatesh accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

1.1. With the consent of counsel for parties, the Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing and final disposal.

2. By virtue of the captioned Writ Petitions, challenge has been laid to the three (3) separate assessment orders of even date, i.e.,14.02.2016, pertaining to the assessment years 201314, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016.

3. A perusal of the notices would show that the respondent has given opportunity to the petitioner to file objections.

4. In these circumstances, at this stage, no interference https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is called for. The only difficulty which the petitioner may face is that time for filing objections has expired. 4.1. Mr.Venkatesh, who appears for the respondent, says that he would have no difficulty, if this Court were to issue a direction extending time to file objections.

4.2. Accordingly, further two (2) weeks are granted to the petitioner to file his objections to the notice issued by the respondent.

4.3. The respondent will, also, accord personal hearing to the petitioner, before passing the adjudication order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. However, there will be no order as to costs.

6. Resultantly, connected Miscellaneous Petitions shall stand closed.
