The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/complainant submit that on receipt of the reply notice from the petitioner in response to the statutory notice issued to her, the complainant been satisfied that she is not involved in the day today affairs of the company and her name has been deleted in the private complaint.

Therefore, the Petition to quash does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
