ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 21.07.2023 to remove the encroachments made on the pathway. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2023 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2023 and if at all any encroachment is found, the 3rd respondent is directed to remove the same, after issuing notice to the private respondents and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
