This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Paragraph No.6(b) of the order dated 14.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.16380 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30a.m.,until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16380 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30a.m.,until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar daily at 10.30a.m at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. 20.08.2025 nvi To The Inspector of Police, Cheyyar Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District.
