Heard Mr. S.V.Karthikeyan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mrs. S.Anitha, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First and Second Respondents, and Mrs. P.T.Ramadevi, Learned Counsel, who takes notice for the Third Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

When it was pointed out that the representation dated 09.05.2022 has been made by the Petitioner to the Second Respondent for allotment of bunk shop, but the concerned authority is the Third Respondent and separate lists are maintained for each vending zone, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right of the Petitioner to make necessary application to the concerned authority of the 2/4

vending zone where he requires allotment of bunk shop, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
