ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8050 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025 in para no.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore on all working day at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. He also states that on completion of the investigation, final report is filed before the Judicial Magistrate-V, Coimbatore.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8050 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025 in para no.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore on all working day at 10.30 am, until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 14-08-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes nr
