(Made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.) This is the third bail petition seeking sentence suspension and bail. The earlier petitions viz., Crl.M.P.No.5720 of 2021 and Crl.M.P.No.3794 of 2022 that were filed by the petitioner/A-1 seeking suspension of sentence and bail were considered on merits and the same were dismissed by this Court on 07.07.2021 and 24.03.2022, respectively.

2. When this was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
