ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12564 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12564 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
