By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for 1/4
the respondent.
3. The petitioner has challenged the impugned suspension order dated 22.07.2022 in this writ petition. According to the petitioner, he was appointed as a Typist on 10.12.2010 and thereafter, he was promoted as Assistant on 10.12.2014. According to the petitioner, the respondent had issued a detailed Circular No.37248/C1/2021, dated 29.06.2022 in order to avoid misuse of the provisions contained in the Section 28 of the Registration Act, 1908. However, according to the petitioner by violating the said Circular, the petitioner has been suspended from service without assigning any specific reasons under the impugned order dated 22.07.2022.
4. Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.
5. The petitioner has been suspended from service only on 22.07.2022. This Court at this stage cannot stay the impugned suspension order dated 22.07.2022. The petitioner claims that the aforementioned Circular issued by the respondent was violated before issuing the impugned suspension order. The only relief that can be granted at this stage is to permit the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent requesting 2/4
for revocation of the impugned suspension order dated 22.07.2022 and on receipt of the said representation, a direction can be issued to the respondent to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order dated 22.07.2022. On receipt of the said representation, the respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
