This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant, to cancel the bail granted by the Learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.33615 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022 and to direct the 1st Respondent to arrest the 2nd Respondent/Accused and commit him to custody pending investigation in Crime No.340 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the materials on record.

3. In view of the facts of the case, investigation officer is directed to verify whether any action is taken against the petitioner with regard to disproportionate of wealth, if so, the petition is permitted to withdraw. Accordingly, as prayed for by the petitioner/de facto complainant, this petition shall stands dismissed as withdrawn with the above observation for direction.
