[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Mr.D.Baskar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity} but made a plea to preserve all rights and contentions of writ petitioner to come up with another similar WP on the same cause of action, if so advised and if so desired. Learned counsel adopted this approach inter alia as the writ petition has not been structured correctly. Request acceded to.
