2. The petitioner is the husband of the respondent, who is said to be the power agent of the respondent and who is pursuing these Original Petitions from the very beginning, is present. The applicant and the respondent filed a memo of compromise in both the Original Petitions. The memos of compromise are taken on record. In the memo of compromise, the parties have agreed the manner in which the payments due is payable with interest. Page 2 / 4

3. The husband of the respondent has specifically undertaken before this this Court that he will produce the a copy of the Power of Attorney before the registry, which is already marked before the arbitral tribunal. The above undertaking is recorded.

4. Accordingly, these Original Petitions are disposed of in terms of the Memo of Compromise entered between the parties. The Memo of Compromise dated 27.10.2021 shall form part of this Order. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
