ORDER

The petitioner has been enjoying the agricultural electricity service connection in Survey No.265/6, Kundappanayakkanpatti, Kuppangkarai from 4.8.2008. All of a sudden, the respondents are now taking steps to shift the electricity service connection without following the legal conditions. Although a request was made not to do so, there is no response to that. Therefore a representation was given on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1.12.2016 to the respondents 2 & 3. But the same also was not considered. Hence the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.M.Varun Kumar, learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. In the light of the above, the Junior Engineer (O & M), TANGEDCO, Palacode, Dharmapuri, the third respondent herein is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 1.12.2016 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
