The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioners representation dated 11.06.2025 within time framed manner."

2. The petitioner would submit that after the death of her husband who was working as a Junior Assistant in the Revenue Department, Tiruppur District she was appointed as a Village Administrative Officer on compassionate Ground on 14.10.2013.

3. The petitioner's case is that after rendering service of about eleven years and two months, the respondents have not passed any orders relating to her confirmation of probation period. Aggrieved by the same, she had sent a representation dated 11.06.2025 to the 2nd respondent. However, the same has not been considered by the 2nd respondent to date. Hence the Writ Petition.

4. Heard the counsels on either side.

5. Considering the fact that the 2nd respondent, who is duty-bound to dispose of the statutory representation, has failed to discharge his 2/4

obligation, the Writ Petition is allowed and a direction is issued to the 2nd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2025 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
