PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the above case in Crime No.29/2021 on the file of 3rd respondent and transfer the same to any other officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police to investigate the same within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the above case in Crime No.29/2021 on the file of 3rd respondent and transfer the same to any other officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police to investigate the same 2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the accused persons were arrested during the course of investigation and they were later enlarged on bail by this Court. It was further submitted that the investigation is at the final stage and that the final report will be filed before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.
