This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 08.03.2024 and dispose of the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 08.03.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
