The Application in A.No.5802 of 2017 in A.No.4428 of 2017 was filed to refund the Court fee.

2. This Court had already passed an order on 21.09.2017 to refund the Court fee paid by the petitioner in this application. However till date, it appears that the Court fee has not been refunded.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that his client is not cooperating and they have not given any instructions to the counsel.

4. Therefore, this Court feels that no useful purpose will be served by keeping this application pending.

5. This Court directs the Registry to refund the Court fee as ordered by this Court on 21.09.2017, if anybody approaches on behalf of the applicant.

6. No further order is required in this application. Accordingly, this Application is disposed of.
