This matter is listed today under the caption " for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in paragraph No.2 of the order passed in W.P.No.30448 of 2024, dated 17.10.2024, it was wrongly referred that the petitioner's father died on 13.07.2022 and infact, on 13.07.2022 a settlement deed was executed by his father.

Inview of the above, Registry is directed to delete the words " who died on " in line two of paragraph No.2 of the said order; and replace the same with " dated ", viz., it shall be read as, " said property under a settlement deed executed by his father, dated 13.07.2022 "

In other respects, the earlier order dated 17.10.2024 passed in W.P.No.30448 of 2024 shall stand unaltered.

05.12.2024 mst Note: Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy, after making necessary corrections.
