ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and to quash the FIR in Crime No. 03/2024 on the file of the first respondent police insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police would submit that charge sheet has been filed in this case in e.filing No.LTN20220001869 C202500033 on 11.09.2025 before the Mahila Court, Perambalur and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's name sought to be removed from the final report, as the report filed by the respondent-Police before the Mahila Court, Perambalur. 2/4

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Judge, Mahila Court, Perambalur will take note of the request made by the Investigating Officer and proceed further in accordance with law.
