The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.07.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 125 BNS r/w 151 Indian Railways Act altered to 191(2), (3), 296(b), 115(2), 125 BNS r/w 151 Indian Railways Act and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act (=147,148,294(b),323 & 336 IPC)) on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. It is a case of pelting stones at an EMU train in a public place namely Kavarapettai Railway Station. As per the complaint, a clash occurred between the two groups of college students.

3.It is seen that unruly behaviour of the petitioner under the guise of being a college student, has caused panic among the public and they have damaged the property. There is no reason to show any sympathy to them. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
