This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to run a spa in the name and style of "Lemon Beauty Parlour Family Saloon & Spa" at 20F3, 2nd Floor, Periyar Colony, Near Union Bank, Anupparpalayam Pudur, Tiruppur - 641 652 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) says that without necessary documents, the petitioner has applied for licence to run a spa and therefore, a letter has been sent to the petitioner to provide necessary documents and if such documents are satisfactorily produced, the petitioner's application will be considered in accordance with law. Recording the aforesaid statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this writ petition is dismissed since the application for seeking licence is being bereft of documents and details.
