This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4104 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10191 of 2019 on 15.04.2021 to appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, 'Q' Branch, Coimbatore, on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, 'Q' Branch, Coimbatore, on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
