ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has been served about the pendency of the proceedings before this court. There is no representation for the respondent. As the respondent has not shown any interest to represent the matter before this court even though his name is printed in the cause list, H.M.O.P. No.407 of 2019 pending on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Madurai. The Family Court, Madurai, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond thirty working days at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end. Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to transmit all the papers pertaining to H.M.O.P. No.407 of 2019 to the Family Court, Madurai, immediately after receipt of a copy of this order.
