This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23030 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions. \

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23030 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022 is modified to the 1/3

effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
