This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to take further action in the petitioner's complaint dated 29.07.2019 and the same was forwarded by the 1st and 2nd respondent in their Petition No.439/2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
