Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 1/4

2. The defendants 1 and 2 in O.S.No.2 of 2023 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur are before this Court by way of the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit. The suit has been filed by the respondents seeking relief of declaration and permanent injunction. The petitioners have filed the written statement in February - 2023. It appears that the Trial Court is yet to frame issues and Interlocutory Applications filed along with the suit alone are being taken up.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, I am inclined to allow this petition, after dispensing with the notice to the respondents. The Trial Court shall expedite the Trial of the suit, after framing issues that arises for consideration and the issues shall be framed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All Interlocutory applications shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Trial shall be commenced and suit be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of nine months thereafter. 2/4
