This petition has been filed by the petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379, 430 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No. 255 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the petitioner in this case has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
