ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.09.2022 vide CSR No.126 of 2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and FIR has been registered in Crime No.299 of 2022.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
