ORDER

The petitioners herein are the sisters of 4th respondent. They have obtained a legal heir certificate for their father along with their mother and brother. The grievance of the petitioners is that their brother, the 4th respondent had obtained a legal heir certificate, excluding the petitioners and his mother. Now, there are two legal heir certificates issued by the same official for the same person. Hence, the petitioners have preferred a representation, dated 22.08.2022 to the 1st respondent to cancel the legal heir certificate granted to the 4th respondent. 2.Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 informs the Court, on instruction that the 1st respondent has since forwarded the matter to the 2nd respondent, and the matter is being enquired 2/4

by him.

3.The statement of the learned Government Advocate is hereby recorded. The 2nd respondent is now required to dispose off the representation / appeal dated 30.08.2022 of the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from today, after hearing all those who are likely to be affected by his decision. 4.This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
